Remotix Cloud update with two-factor authentication

We have updated our Remotix Cloud solution with two-factor authentication. There is now a configuration section on where you can set it up. After 2FA is setup, you will have to provide both passcode and pin before you can access Remotix Cloud. You will need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy или FreeOTP, or any that supports the Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) protocol.

It's worth mentioning that Remotix Cloud doesn’t support one-time authorization codes yet. Take the time to read the online Help on Remotix Cloud website or follow the instructions during installation to know how to configure two-factor authentication. Make sure you save the credentials to the 2FA configuration in case of losing access to Remotix Cloud website.

Remotix Cloud service is included in any Remotix app purchase wherever it is for Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android. The service provides anywhere remote desktop access to any computer from any device. It is currently in Beta and will be provided on a subscription basis. You can sign up for Beta test here.
